Zest Stays 1054, Adarsh Nagar, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai 400053 · Last verified
Zest Stays 1054 is a male-only hostel in Adarsh Nagar, Jogeshwari West — the part of Mumbai that carries an Andheri West postcode and a Jogeshwari address at the same time. We are behind the Lotus Petrol Pump, next door to OES College, and roughly 100 metres from the Lower Oshiwara Metro entrance.
Beds start at ₹5,999 a month. Private rooms start at ₹9,500. There is no brokerage, no agent, and no platform commission — you book directly with us.
What kind of hostel this is
The word "hostel" covers two very different things in Mumbai, and it is worth being clear about which one you are looking at.
A traveller hostel sells beds by the night, changes guests constantly, and is built around a social common room. A residential hostel — closer to what most people mean by a PG — takes monthly residents who are working or studying nearby, and is built around being quiet enough to sleep and work in.
Zest Stays 1054 is the second kind. Our minimum stay is one month, every resident is police-verified, and the building is male-only. If you need a bed for two nights, we are not the right fit and we would rather tell you now.

Who tends to stay here
Mostly working professionals and students. Nearby employers — Kokilaben Hospital, the Andheri film and post-production belt, the offices around Lokhandwala and Infinity Mall — account for most of our residents, along with students at OES College next door. See our guides for working professionals and OES College students.
What to check before you book anywhere
This applies to any hostel or PG in Andheri West, not only ours:
- Ask what the total move-in cost is, not the rent. Deposit, brokerage, electricity and verification charges routinely double the first payment.
- Ask whether electricity is included or metered, and at what rate.
- Ask how many people share the room. "Dormitory" means anything from four beds to twenty.
- Ask about police verification. It is a legal requirement in Mumbai. A place that skips it is cutting other corners too.
- Visit before paying. Photographs are the easiest thing to misrepresent.

Common questions
Is Zest Stays 1054 a hostel or a PG?
Both terms describe it. It is a male-only residential hostel taking monthly residents — dormitory beds and private rooms — rather than a nightly traveller hostel. The minimum stay is one month.

A dormitory upper bed at ₹5,999 per month, including 16 hours of A/C daily, free WiFi and daily housekeeping. Electricity is ₹500 per month on top.

How close is Lokhandwala?
Lokhandwala is a short auto ride from Adarsh Nagar, or two stops on Metro Line 2A from Lower Oshiwara. The shops, cafés and offices around Lokhandwala are among the reasons residents pick this location.
